Junior Architectural Technologist

Our architecture firm in Siauliai is seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team. This is a full-time position, ideal for an Indian candidate with excellent English skills. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior technologists with project development and production
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or other software
- Conducting site visits and documenting existing conditions
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Keeping up-to-date with building codes and regulations
- Participating in design meetings and providing input on technical aspects
- Completing tasks within given deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Open to learning new skills and techniques
