We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Bergen. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of our company's technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain network hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions.
- Monitor network performance and make necessary optimizations.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Maintain data backup systems for disaster recovery.
- Ensure security of network systems by implementing necessary measures.
- Keep track of system upgrades and updates.
- Collaborate with IT team to plan for future network expansions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP), hardware (e.g. routers) and software (e.g. DNS).
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g. Windows, Unix).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware).
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

Salary: 1000$ per month
