We are in need of a reliable, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Manager in our branch located in La Condamine, Monaco. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all administrative tasks of the office
- Coordinating with different departments and teams to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Ensuring timely completion of all paperwork and documentation
- Managing contracts and agreements with vendors or clients
- Organizing meetings, conferences, and events as needed
- Providing support to senior management as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate should be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
