Entry Level Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Sofia. Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and take messages

- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with creating and editing documents and presentations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
