Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Interpret data to determine accurate property boundaries
- Create detailed maps and reports to provide accurate data for construction projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying tools and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data accurately
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in the area.
