Job Title: Land Surveyor


We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate reports for various construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and developers to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Use specialized software for data analysis and report generation
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week. The job does not include accommodation but we offer free visa sponsorship and air ticket for candidates outside Lithuania.
