Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports. You will also be responsible for managing survey equipment, analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Prepare accurate maps, reports, and drawings based on survey data
- Manage and maintain survey equipment
- Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for land development projects
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sharjah, UAE
