Android Developer (Herzliya, Egypt or Philippines)


We are seeking an experienced and talented Android Developer to join our team in Herzliya, Egypt or the Philippines. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create user-friendly, innovative, and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Ensure the performance and quality of applications
- Identify and fix bugs in a timely manner
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android development
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs such as Retrofit, RxJava, etc.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or Tagalog is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
