Online Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Os. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through various online channels
- Assist customers with product or service recommendations based on their needs
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service
- Stay up-to-date on company products/services, policies, and procedures
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions with customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online chat systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable)
