Part-Time Moderator (Monte-Carlo)


We are searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, ensuring that all content posted is appropriate and in line with our guidelines. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online forums to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain a positive online community by engaging with users in a professional manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or offensive content
- Collaborate with team members to improve forum guidelines and policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently while still being a team player
- Proficient in using various social media platforms
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)

Location: This role is based in Monte-Carlo, but remote work may also be considered.
