Gardener for Landscaping and Maintenance - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. Our company specializes in providing landscaping and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. As our Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of plants, flowers, and trees on our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and mowing
- Plant new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Keep the garden beds free of weeds and debris
- Install irrigation systems and maintain their functionality
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement new landscaping projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, trees, flowers, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
