Guest Services Coordinator


We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment upon request
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This position is located in Siauliai, Lithuania.
