Back-End Developer (Female)
We are a fast-growing technology company based in Karachi and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated female Back-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, with at least 3 years of experience in back-end development using languages such as Java, Python, or C++. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side web application logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining databases to support the application.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side web application logic
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug code to fix performance issues
- Improve functionality of existing systems
- Develop and maintain databases to support the application
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end development
- Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS)
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache) and MVC frameworks (Spring)
- Understanding of security principles and how they apply to web applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
