Information Security Analyst

We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our organization's computer networks and systems. You will analyze potential security threats and vulnerabilities, develop security protocols, and monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Monitor network traffic for potential threats and respond promptly to any security incidents
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the secure design of new systems and applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices
- Train employees on proper security protocols and procedures
- Provide technical support in resolving security issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security or a related role
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, and web technologies
- Experience with implementing and maintaining security controls such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Understanding of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in information security (e.g. CISSP)
- Experience with incident response processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (i.e. GDPR)
