Construction Manager - Fonvieille, Monaco


Our construction company in Fonvieille is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure they are in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans.
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to address them.
- Recruit, train, and manage construction workers as needed for specific projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
