Construction Project Manager
City: Fonvieille, Monaco


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the project from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Monitor progress and ensure that the project is completed within the given time frame and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders about project updates
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Visa sponsorship is available for non-Monaco nationals.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with a duration of 12 months.

Experience Required:
