Machine Learning Engineer


We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Gujrat. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning techniques and develop scalable solutions. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning techniques
- Develop scalable solutions that can be integrated into existing systems
- Conduct research on new techniques and technologies in the field of machine learning
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Implement data preprocessing techniques to prepare data for modeling
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics
- Communicate results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Proficiency in using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or Keras
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data manipulation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
