Architecture Manager


We are a leading architecture firm in Oslo, seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of our projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on time. This role is open to both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the design and construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Mentor junior staff members in architectural design principles and practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
