Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of building projects in Oslo. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction workers to ensure that designs are feasible and practical. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, hiring contractors, and coordinating with suppliers. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience in the field of architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process for building projects in Oslo
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction workers to ensure feasibility of designs
- Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Hire subcontractors as needed for specific tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each project
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations relevant to building projects in Oslo
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
