We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Indian Librarian to join our team in Akron. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library collections, providing reference and research assistance to patrons, and promoting library resources and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the acquisition, cataloging, and shelving of library materials
- Develop and maintain a diverse collection that meets the needs of our community
- Assist patrons with reference inquiries, research assistance, and technology use
- Plan and implement engaging programs and events for all age groups
- Promote library resources through outreach efforts, such as school visits or community events
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, including handling complaints or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a librarian in a public or academic library setting
- Proficiency in English language is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
