A renowned hotel in Ar-Ruwais is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and delivery.
- Create innovative menus that cater to different tastes and dietary requirements.
- Manage food cost control measures, including inventory management and waste reduction.
- Train and develop kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Work closely with other departments such as front office and F&B to ensure seamless service for guests.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu planning.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine is a must.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and innovative with a passion for creating unique dishes.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
