Crane Operator

A reputable construction company in Sofia is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. This is a full-time position and we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in crane operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Inspect cranes and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including materials lifted and hours worked
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow safety protocols at all times
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operation accordingly
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (preferably Indian) with the ability to work in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, as well as communicate effectively with team members
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as required
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed
