IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of all data and systems through regular backups, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity measures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services or products
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
- Develop and monitor IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking systems, and cybersecurity measures
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and communicate technical information to non-technical staff
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
