Experienced Plasterer


We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Bergen, Norway. Our company specializes in high-end residential and commercial construction projects, and we are looking for a skilled Plasterer to help us achieve our goals.

As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing walls and surfaces for plastering, applying plaster or other materials to create a smooth finish, and repairing any cracks or imperfections. You will also be expected to have knowledge of different types of plaster, tools and equipment used in the trade, and safety protocols.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Must have experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their application methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Must have own tools
- Free visa and ticket will be provided for international candidates

Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls and surfaces by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling holes or cracks, and sanding rough areas
- Apply plaster or other materials using hand tools or mechanical spray guns
- Create texture on surfaces using various techniques such as troweling, stippling, or sanding
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plasterwork
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and building codes
- Clean up job site at the end of each day
- Communicate with team members and project managers regarding progress and any issues that may arise
