Handyman - Contract Position


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Vianden. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance, repairs, and general handyman work. This role is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and fixtures
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical tasks
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or needed repairs
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs
- Respond to emergency repair requests as needed
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Vianden, a beautiful city known for its medieval castle and scenic views. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, preference will be given to individuals who are legally eligible to work in Luxembourg.
