Administrative Assistant in Eldoret, Kenya
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Eldoret, Kenya. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our company and help ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Monitor office supplies and order new materials as needed
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events or meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in databases
- Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.

This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya.
