Moderator for Online Community (Oslo, Norway)


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Moderator to join our growing online community in Oslo, Norway. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging environment for our members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content within the community, including forums, comments, and posts
- Engage with members by responding to inquiries and providing support
- Encourage active participation and maintain a respectful tone within the community
- Develop and implement community guidelines to ensure a safe and inclusive space for all members
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promote community growth
- Identify trends and provide feedback to improve user experience
- Utilize analytics tools to track community engagement and provide reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Experience moderating online communities preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online forum software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Passion for building communities and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Oslo, Norway (this position does not include accommodation)
