Merchandiser for Retail Store in Jizan

Our retail store in Jizan is seeking a motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing and effectively merchandised to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies to showcase products in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products to maximize visibility and accessibility
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to make informed merchandising decisions
- Train and supervise sales staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess visual presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels
- Collaborate with management on promotional campaigns and events to boost sales

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, market trends, and customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate others
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation or require sponsorship for visa
