Merchandiser (Jizan, Saudi Arabia)



We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in our stores. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop merchandising strategies that align with our brand and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to showcase our products in-store
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
- Ensure products are priced accurately and displayed according to company standards
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer feedback and identify trends in product preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for new product launches
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to enhance customer experience
- Evaluate sales data to make informed decisions on product placement and promotions

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Familiarity with visual merchandising concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for design
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1300/month + accommodation
Contract length: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
