As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. Your main duties will include operating the equipment to perform tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and loading materials. You must have a strong understanding of equipment maintenance and safety procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and the safety of yourself and others on the job site.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures while operating equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine proper operation methods
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with supervisors to report any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of construction plans and specifications
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Physically fit with ability to perform manual labor as needed

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is 1400$ per month.
