Industrial Architect - Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to ensure that these structures are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Design and develop plans for industrial structures using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of construction and make any necessary adjustments to plans
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for clients
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in industrial architecture techniques and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architect in the industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- In-depth understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
