- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with different types of machinery such as lathes, mills, drills, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail with ability to detect defects or malfunctions
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
