Architecture Manager - Washington, D.C.



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in Washington, D.C. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of architectural principles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project completion
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Review and approve design concepts and documents
- Monitor project progress and budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or design firm
- Proven track record of managing successful projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Understanding of building codes and regulations in Washington, D.C.

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
