Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our office by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring that the office operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong organizational abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month and accommodation provided. Preference will be given to English-speaking candidates from Africa.
