Entry-Level Barber


As an entry-level barber, you will be responsible for providing quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients in Manama. Your job will involve using your knowledge of different haircut styles and techniques to give our customers a unique and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients upon arrival and consult with them to determine their desired haircut or style
- Use effective communication skills to understand clients' preferences and provide recommendations if needed
- Shampoo, cut, and style hair according to the client's desired look
- Perform other grooming services such as beard trims, mustache trims, and eyebrow shaping
- Keep workstations clean and organized at all times to maintain a professional appearance
- Recommend hair care products or additional services based on clients' needs
- Process payments from clients accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of supplies and inform management when restocking is needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid barber/cosmetology license (if applicable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of different haircuts, hairstyles, and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented and able to pay attention to small details
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility with working hours including weekends
