We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion
- Develop detailed construction plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Work with contractors to ensure project feasibility and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Mentor and supervise junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with strong leadership qualities

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
