Architectural Designer for High-End Projects in Monte-Carlo

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and visually stunning architectural designs for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop concept sketches, 3D models, and detailed construction drawings
- Collaborate with other designers, architects, and engineers to ensure design integrity and functionality
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Prepare presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design for high-end projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
