Junior Architectural Designer (Monte-Carlo, Monaco)


A renowned architectural firm in Monte-Carlo is seeking a talented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension, offering a salary of $1500 per month. We are looking for someone with experience in architectural design and a strong passion for creating innovative and functional spaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing conceptual designs and 3D models
- Create detailed drawings and construction documents
- Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination
- Collaborate with senior designers on various projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of Revit software
- Fluency in French or Italian
