Industrial Architect

We are in search of a skilled Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient spaces that meet their requirements.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to industrial architecture
