Job Title: Industrial Architect


Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop design concepts and plans that meet the functional and aesthetic goals of the client
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other team members to provide updates on project progress
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback from clients or changes in project scope
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members from various backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time role. We also provide free visa sponsorship and a one-way ticket for selected candidates who are not currently located in Chelyabinsk.
