Automotive Body Repair Master


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Automotive Body Repair Master to join our team in Mombasa. As the Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This is a great opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about automotive repair and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing damage on vehicles and determining the best course of action
- Removing damaged body panels, frames, or other parts and replacing or repairing them
- Straightening bent frames and body panels using specialized tools and equipment
- Welding or soldering damaged parts together
- Filling holes, dents, or scratches with appropriate fillers and sanding them down to achieve a smooth surface
- Matching paint colors to ensure seamless repairs
- Reassembling vehicle parts and performing final checks to ensure proper functioning
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive body repair
- Strong knowledge of different types of vehicles, their components, and repair techniques
- Ability to use various tools and equipment such as welders, grinders, sanders, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
