Sales Representative for Indian Market in Malindi
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market. Fluency in English is preferred, but not required as long as the candidate can communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Indian market
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads
- Present and promote our products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Report sales activities and results to management on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Understanding of the Indian market and culture
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Malindi (and potentially other regions)
- Biometric passport (required for international travel)
- Accommodation provided by company (optional)
