Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing documents and scheduling orientation sessions
- Help maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
Salary: $1400/month
