We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Welder to join our growing team in Manama. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks according to project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of welding projects.
- Perform various types of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete welding tasks.
- Ensure all welds meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Welder preferred but not required.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Familiarity with different types of welding techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Good communication skills in English.
