We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Lom, a beautiful city located in the heart of Europe. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delectable desserts and pastries for our restaurant. Your main objective will be to delight our customers with your unique creations while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes or customer requests
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques such as piping, glazing, and icing
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new dessert offerings and seasonal menus
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines set by the company

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different types of pastry techniques, tools, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with other team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1800$ per month for this position.
