Part-time Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a part-time Claims Adjuster to join our team in Dubrovnik. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and compensation. This role is suitable for individuals looking for flexible hours and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance policies to determine coverage
- Investigate claims by gathering information from various sources
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with claimants
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties
- Maintain accurate records of all claims processed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1500 per month (pro-rated based on hours worked)

Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia (open to Indians, Kenyans, or any nationality fluent in English)
