Dishwasher - Lisbon


As a Dishwasher in our busy kitchen, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help to maintain the high standards of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using the appropriate cleaning methods.
- Load and unload dishwasher safely.
- Hand wash delicate items as needed.
- Ensure all dishes are properly stored in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area including sinks, floors, and counters.
- Empty trash bins regularly.
- Maintain stock levels of clean dishes and utensils for kitchen staff.
- Follow all safety procedures while handling kitchen equipment.
- Assist with basic food prep as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques for dishwashing.
