Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of architectural designs, plans, and specifications for construction projects. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and technical solutions
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design plans
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and adherence to design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or related role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This position is located in Porto, Portugal.
