Entry-Level Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our growing team in Oslo. As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferences:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
