Handyman (Part-Time)
We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work, as well as strong problem-solving skills. This position will be based in Fonvieille and the salary will be 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
